LENOVO's ordering system sucks BIG TIME!!!

So i ordered a laptop from their refurb site and saw another one a few days later with better options. WHAT happens? first of all, it takes them 2-3 days to send me a notification of my 1st order, then it takes them 2-3 days to cancel one order. and even after that it takes 5-7 days for them to ship your laptop after they charge your card!!!
